11 am = Greeans shake with 1 cup of greek yogurt, collagen, greeans, spinach and ice + 3 fiber gummies
3 pm = 2 scoops of limitless protein
7 pm = 1 cup of egg whites, 1 tbsp of coconut oil to cook with and 1 cup of white rice (can use soya sauce)
Wednesday = 1400 40p-30c-20f
11 am = Greeans shake with 1 cup of greek yogurt, collagen, greeans, spinach and ice + 3 fiber gummies
3 pm = 2 scoops of limitless protein & 2 Nary Bar or 4 maria waffles
7 pm = 2 cup of egg whites, 1 tbsp of coconut oil to cook with and 1 cup of white rice (can use soya sauce)
Thursday = 1100 cals 50p-30c-20f
11 am = Greeans shake with 1 cup of greek yogurt, collagen, greeans, spinach and ice + 3 fiber gummies
3 pm = 2 scoops of limitless protein & 1 Nary Bar or 2 maria waffles
7 pm = 2 cup of egg whites, 1 tbsp of coconut oil to cook with and 1 cup of white rice (no seasoning and no salt)
Friday = 600 cals 80p-15c-5F
11 am = Greeans shake with 1 cup of greek yogurt, collagen, greeans, spinach and ice + 3 fiber gummies
3 pm = 2 scoops of limitless protein
7 pm = 2 cup of egg whites, 1 tbsp of coconut oil to cook with
Saturday
If your shoot is 8 or 9 am, just fast
If 10 am or on, if you need something try 1 cup of coffee only or if you wake up starving then 1 cup of egg whites…
