In today’s Nary’s Kitchen, we’re making Peanut Butter Chocolate Bites! 🙌
They’re simple.
They’re sweet & salty.
And they’re packed with protein and flavor.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups powdered peanut butter
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted)
Dab of coconut oil
Sea salt (for topping)
Servings: 5-6
Calories (per serving): 150
Protein: 6g
Carbs: 15g
Fat: 8g
Perfect for a quick snack, post-workout bite, or when that sugar craving hits 👊
