๐Ÿฅ— Ingredients:

โœ… 4 bell peppers (any color)

โœ… 1 bag of high-protein Quest chips (your choice of flavor)

โœ… 1 cup of cooked ground turkey or lean ground beef

โœ… 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa

โœ… 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes

โœ… 1/2 cup of shredded low-fat cheese

โœ… Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1๏ธโƒฃ: Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Cut off the tops of the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes from the inside.
