Rest & Recover (R&R) 5-Day Challenge

This is such a great challenge to give your body the well deserved rest & recovery it needs.
This challenge will be a combination of 3 daily tasks along with a 5-min recovery routine you will follow.
Your 3 Daily Tasks are:
Write down 3 things you are grateful for first thing in the morning
Have 1 cleanse shot
Before you sleep, close your eyes and reflect on 3 wins (big or small) you had from the day
Cleanse Shot Blend:
1 cup of spinach
1 Lemon Squeeze
1 cup of water
Follow one of these recovery routines daily
