Rest & Recover (R&R) 5-Day Challenge

This is such a great challenge to give your body the well deserved rest & recovery it needs.

This challenge will be a combination of 3 daily tasks along with a 5-min recovery routine you will follow.

Your 3 Daily Tasks are:

  1. Write down 3 things you are grateful for first thing in the morning

  2. Have 1 cleanse shot

  3. Before you sleep, close your eyes and reflect on 3 wins (big or small) you had from the day

Cleanse Shot Blend:

1 cup of spinach

1 Lemon Squeeze

1 cup of water

Follow one of these recovery routines daily

Day 1: Low Back & Glutes:

Day 2: Upper Body:

Day 3: Wrist & Elbow:

Day 4: Foot & Ankle:

Day 5: Full Body Broomstick:

When you have completed your daily tasks & your daily recovery routine, make sure to post on your facebook profile or your personal instagram account and tag me so I can hold you accountable.

At the end of the week, post on your social media feed (tag me) anything that you have learned or how your body feels as a recap then follow up with me directly so we can get you onto the next challenge.
