How to look good and feel good this summer:
- work out 5x a week
- eat less junk food, more protein and more veggies
- walk at least for 45min every day
- drink a minimum of 2L of water daily
Sounds too simple?
It is!
Does that mean it’s easy?
Nope.
It will take effort and commitment but the results are definitely worth it.
There is no better feeling than being proud of yourself.
