Summer Body

How to look good and feel good this summer:⁣

- work out 5x a week⁣

- eat less junk food, more protein and more veggies⁣

- walk at least for 45min every day⁣

- drink a minimum of 2L of water daily⁣

Sounds too simple?⁣

It is!⁣

Does that mean it’s easy?⁣

Nope.⁣

It will take effort and commitment but the results are definitely worth it.⁣

There is no better feeling than being proud of yourself.⁣
