This one’s packed with crispy lettuce, creamy cheese, tangy vinaigrette, and a little hit of protein from garbanzo beans & salami 💪
It’s light

And it’s perfect if you’re trying to clean up your meals without feeling like you’re on a “diet”
In today’s episode of Nary’s Kitchen, I’m showing you exactly how to make the famous La Scala Chopped Salad
Plus some quick macros & nutrition tips to keep you full and fuelled 💥

Ingredients:
For the Salad:
6 cups (450g) finely chopped iceberg lettuce
1 cup (150g) cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup (150g) garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup (75g) Genoa salami, diced
1/2 cup (75g) mozzarella cheese, diced or shredded
2 tbsp (10g) fresh basil, chopped (optional)
For the Dressing:
1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
2 tbsp (30ml) red wine vinegar
1 tsp (5g) Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp (2.5g) garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Each serving is about 250 calories, with 15 grams of protein, 18 grams of carbs, and 15 grams of fat
