Phase 1: Wide Grip Lat Pull Down, Full stack, aim for 15 in 30 seconds.
Phase 2: Reverse grip chin-ups with band or coach assistance, target 10 in 30 seconds.
Phase 3: Master the self pull-up with a twistāuse a bench or drop for the down phase. Aim for 5 in 30 seconds.
Phase 4: Elevate your game with full self reverse chin-ups. Go for 1-2 in 30 seconds, with a 12-15 second break between reps.
Phase 5: Conquer full self chin-ups. Set a goal of 10 per 30 seconds. Let's crush it together! š„šŖ
