Supplements.

-Male and female hormones. Male loss of testosterone females estrogen, find a way to get those optimized.

-Protein and carbs your main macros, to get the high protein, you probably need powders and EAA’s for muscle building

-pre workout vs fat burners. Things that increase muscle pump and recovery during workouts vs focused on burning fat. Such as creatine (both types like in c4)


Get a coach.

One that will keep you on track for when you feel “fat”. Pls focus on one thing and one thing only, the right coach will know when its time. Your time might be now, but it actually might not be. Get your body fat low, which might make you drop weight…Then focus on building muscle. Cause your better to be ripped then gain a few pounds, but still look lean.
