Wow, I can't believe it! After four years of consistent hard work and dedication, I've finally made it to my 1000th workout 🎉

My journey began on March 19, 2019, at Fit Club, where I was surrounded by amazing coaches and staff who helped me reach my fitness goals🏋️‍♂️. During my first year, I worked hard to join the jacket club, which required 200 workouts.


But then COVID hit, changing everything. It was challenging to adjust to virtual workouts, but I adapted and continued to push myself every day. And now, I'm incredibly proud to celebrate this milestone and have gained so much strength, mobility, flexibility, and bone health.


I've faced setbacks, including my battle with cancer, but with the support of my trainers and hard work, I've come out on top. I'm cancer-free and working every day to become the strongest version of myself!

🔥💥👉 Why is it so easy to gain fat, but hard to lose it? 👈💥🔥

🔵 Point 1: Fat is easy to store and grow new cells, but hard to get rid of naturally. Our bodies have a knack for packing on the pounds when we consume more calories than we need. However, losing fat is a different story. Our bodies hold onto those fat reserves as a survival instinct, making it quite challenging to shed them naturally. But fear not! I've got a solution for you. 😉


👉 Solution: Caloric deficit. Track your daily calorie intake, stay in a deficit, and do this consistently for 365 days. It's all about creating a calorie deficit to kickstart your fat loss journey. 💯💪


🔵 Point 2: Fat cells don't disappear, they only shrink. Contrary to popular belief, fat cells don't vanish when we lose weight—they simply shrink in size. So, even if you manage to shed those extra pounds, those fat cells are still waiting to expand again if you consume excess calories. But don't worry, I've got a solution to keep those fat cells in check. 😉


👉 Solution: Stop quitting the gym, stop overeating, say no to peer pressure, and start working out more. Let's build those muscles and keep those fat cells at bay! 💪🚫🍔


🔵 Point 3: Fat accumulation takes time, and it's easy to regain weight. Weight gain happens gradually when we consistently eat more calories than we burn. Similarly, losing weight requires a consistent calorie deficit. Unfortunately, our bodies can produce more fat cells, making it easier for us to regain weight quickly. But don't fret! I've got some fantastic solutions to keep you on track. 😉


👉 Solution: Get more active, increase your daily steps, keep yourself so busy that you don't have time to eat mindlessly. Practice intermittent fasting, delete all those tempting food apps, and say goodbye to drive-through cravings. Let's keep that weight rebound at bay! 🏃‍♀️🥗💪
