I joined Fit Club to stay active and maintain my flexibility, especially as I head into my 60s. 💪 From the moment I saw my friend Mia’s posts on Facebook, I knew I had to join. The sense of community and diversity was inspiring!


My first day was incredible. The energy, the welcoming environment, and the format of the workouts had me hooked! 🎉 Even though it was exhausting, it felt great.


I had to take a break due to health reasons, but I knew I had to come back. Fit Club became part of my healing journey. When I'm active, I feel more energized, emotionally balanced, and spiritually well. 🌟


Being part of Fit Club means receiving encouragement from coaches and fellow members. It’s this support that makes even the toughest days easier. When I’m not here, I miss the people and the incredible post-workout feeling.


To anyone thinking about starting or returning to Fit Club: Just do it! Give it a try, stick with it, and see how it transforms your life. To look after those we love, we first have to look after ourselves. Regaining and maintaining good health is key to living a fulfilling life.

The belly burn is solely focused on your nutrition, so if you are looking to lose weight, then nutrition is the easiest way because to burn 400 calories or to just not eat 400 calories is much easier.


But do you build muscle?

Will your results last?

What can you do to do this right and be fit forever?


Here’s my rankings:


1. Workout

2. Nutrition

3. Supplements


Even on the best diet, if you were to stay in bed for 28 days, eat healthy and stay in your caloric deficit you will actually lose muscle.


If you were to eat terribly and in a caloric surplus, or not eat and be in a caloric deficit, but work your ass off in the gym or any type of training that stimulates the muscles to work harder and harder. You will see muscle.


Workouts: Your number one method to build muscle! 💥

Nutrition: Essential, but it won't work without workouts. 🍎

Supplements: Only effective if you're eating right and working out. 💊


There’s more to that, but try it for 14 days.. I bet you will put on muscle with just increasing your work efforts.


So #1 Your workout/resistance training is the method to add more muscle.

Nutrition alone cannot add muscle if you are not using it.


There’s 0 point in taking any supplements if you aren’t eating right and not working out.

So supplements, I wouldn’t even touch if you aren’t working out and adding resistance to your body.

So the next time you think a diet will get you to where you want to go or that supplements will do the work for you… Im sorry to say, but you need to workout.

✨ Be mindful of every bite: Put a filter between you and eating. More filters = less overeating.


✨ Prepare: Pre-plan your meals and snacks. Have them ready in your fridge, packed up and ready to go. Planning keeps you away from the quick and easy, but unhealthy stuff.


✨ Stop celebrating in ways that destroy your goals: Instead of indulging in unhealthy treats, find fun activities that align with your fitness journey. For example, I celebrated a birthday playing pickleball and drinking EAA's for recovery! 🎉
