Viral Cottage Cheese Sweet Potato Beef Bowl!


Ever tried putting cottage cheese on sweet potatoes? 😳🍠

In today’s episode of Nary’s Kitchen,

I’m showing you how to make the viral Cottage Cheese Sweet Potato Beef Bowls

that are blowing up for a reason.


It’s sweet.

It’s savory.

It’s high-protein.

And yep… it’s actually good for you. 👏


Perfect for a filling meal that doesn’t mess with your goals.

Let’s cook it up! 🔥


Ingredients:

1 medium/large sweet potato, cubed

1 teaspoon olive or avocado oil

1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 pound lean ground beef (I like 90/10)

1-2 tablespoons taco seasoning (adjust to taste)

2 tablespoons water (if needed)

1/2 cup cottage cheese (I like @goodculture)

1/2 avocado, chopped

2 teaspoons hot honey

1 teaspoon hot sauce

Pickled onions and/or hot and sweet jalapeños (optional but so good!)
