Here's a great challenge for you to become more conscious of the food you are eating.
The 5 Day Eat Better Challenge.
Day 1: slow down and take your time with each meal.
Day 2: Get more protein. If you are tracking your food you'll see you are probably not eating your weight in grams of protein.
Day 3: Instead of eating meat and carbs, start each meal with a salad or greens smoothie.
Day 4: Instead of plating your food, put it in a Tupperware. Start getting used to meal prepping.
Day 5: If you love a certain dish; pizza, ice cream, burger... Do it from home.
Do this for 5 days straight and report to me after.
