Growing up on my mother's farm meant hearty meals, full of flavor (and fat!), and my love for chocolate bars and Filipino food while in Winnipeg didn't help either. 🍔🍫 But after my final high school basketball game, I knew it was time to take control of my fitness journey. All I wanted was those killer shoulders and pecs! 💪😆


Back then, there weren't many resources for guys like us – just muscle magazines pushing supplements, and trust me, I tried them all! 💊 I hit the gym, following magazine programs, until I met my first coach, Chris Knight. 🏀 He sparked my passion, leading me to seek more mentors, even landing a gig with the Montreal Canadiens. 🏒


My passion for fitness grew exponentially as I delved into the intricacies of the human body, earning a spot as a lab assistant at UofW. 📚💡 Over time, I developed my coaching program, evolving it into what it is today. 📈👏


But here's the secret sauce: my journey isn't just about getting ripped or chasing athletic glory. 🌟 It's about sharing the growth with all of you, helping you become the strongest version of yourselves! 💪🔥


Now, I'm motivated by my limitless potential, my ability to conquer any challenge life throws my way. 💥 I'm proud to stand with the ripped guys and keep up with the young guns on the field. 🏆💯
