📋 Here's what you'll need:


Large package of chicken thighs

2 Ziploc bags

1-2 packages of tocino mix

Rice

Your favorite veggies (we're using tomatoes and cucumbers)


🔥 Nutritional Info:

Calories: Approx. 350

Protein: 30g

Carbohydrates: 40g

Fat: 6g


Ready to cook? Let's go!


Split the chicken thighs into two Ziploc bags. Freeze one for a quick meal later.

Add the tocino mix to each bag, seal, shake well, and marinate for a few hours to overnight. Longer is better for flavor!

Prepare your sides: cook the rice and steam your favorite veggies (broccoli and carrots for us).

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Air fry the marinated chicken for 12 minutes on each side. Flip halfway through to ensure even cooking.

After a total of 24 minutes, your chicken will be crispy and cooked through.

Voilà! Tocino Marinated Chicken with Rice and Veggies, a quick and healthy delight for lunch or dinner!
