The universe is testing you if you truly want to achieve your goal.

This is the moment that separates those who win from those who lose.

It’s ok to cry.

It’s ok to want to give up.

It’s ok to feel like crap.

But never, ever give up.

Just keep going a little long and you will see the magic start happening.

You will start seeing your body change.

People will start noticing you look different.

You will feel more confident.

I know it’s hard to keep going when you don’t see results.

But it’s the only way to actually get results.

Never give up no matter how hard it gets.

Dreams...

Dreams don’t come true because of luck.

They come true because of following the right plan, working hard and not giving up.

Working hard by itself is not the answer.

Everybody works hard.

But very few people have results.

Once you combine hard work with the right plan is when you crush it.
