It was tough to cut calories after gaining weight for 60 days. π The 100 challenges were time-consuming, but with planning and the right support, I nailed it! π 100 push-ups were brutal, almost got injured, but now 50 push-ups are just a warm-up! π₯
Here's my personal method:
Clean it up: Reduce takeout and snacking for a week. π₯
Make it regular: Hit your calorie target, and limit eating out to once a week. π½οΈ
Ramp it up: Increase activity, and make protein your main macro. π₯©
Kill it: More activity, reduce calories, and have le chicken week 3 days out! π
