New year, new opportunities…

Time to make things happen.

Today I have a short message for you.

Missed a workout in the first week?

Doesn’t matter, go hard tomorrow.

Screwed up your diet the first weekend?

Doesn’t matter, get back on track asap.

Resolutions don’t work.

Taking imperfect consistent action does.

My plan is to track my food everyday also be sleeping

between 10-11 pm…

So if you see me online after 11 give me $hit haha

Feeling Lazy??

Have you been feeling lazy these days?

Waiting for a new year to get back on track?

Don’t worry, most of us feel like that.

Here’s a little tip for when you want to stay in bed all day.

Drink a cup of water first thing.

Do a workout in gym or virtually.

Go for a walk. Alone or with your family/friends.

Keep a routine as much as possible so you don't have to think, just do.

It’s underrated but the results are amazing.

Our virtual and in person workouts are better than ever.

Which means time isn’t a problem.

Motivation either…

Because our amazing coaches will keep you motivated throughout the workout.

No matter where you are.

I don’t say they are amazing because they are our coaches.

I say they are amazing... because they truly are.
