Dreams...

Dreams don’t come true because of luck.

They come true because of following the right plan, working hard and not giving up.

Working hard by itself is not the answer.

Everybody works hard.

But very few people have results.

Once you combine hard work with the right plan is when you crush it.

Be PROUD

Quick reminder:

Be proud of who you are.

But also be excited about the person you can become.

We can always get better in every area of life.

Fitness.

Business.

Relationships.

Making mistakes is part of life.

What matters is learning from them.

And not making the same mistakes over and over again.

Every day is a new opportunity to grow.

Why not aim to become the best version of ourselves?

When you don't even want to get out of bed...

Those days when you wake up with zero motivation…

When you don’t even want to get out of bed.

When thinking about working out sounds like torture.

Those days where your head is full of negative thoughts.

Are when you have to remind yourself about all the things you are grateful for.

Here are a few of my personal ones:

- Having a family that loves me

- Having a roof over my head

- Having food in the fridge

- Having 2 arms and 2 legs

- Being healthy

I remind myself that I’m living millions of people’s dream life.

When you change your perspective, your attitude changes.
