Instant gratification is the enemy.

Most people are addicted to it.

Decisions that feel good now aren’t the ones that will get you to your goals.

Sleeping in, eating junk food and eating desserts feels amazing immediately.

Working out and eating healthy feel amazing medium to long term.

Those first weeks are the hardest because you don’t get immediate gratification and can’t see the results.

You must stay strong mentally until you get momentum and start seeing your body change.

Then you’ll be motivated to keep going.

Living in a body you are proud of is 1000% worth it.

Make the right eating choices because you want to, not because you are on a diet.

Work out because it feels good, not to lose weight.

It takes a little bit of time to get to this point.

After a while it becomes a habit and you do it automatically.

That’s when you stay in shape forever without diets or challenges.

Most of the foods at the supermarket are processed.

We can order anything we want by pressing a few buttons.

Losing weight is harder than gaining it because it’s more inconvenient.

In the beginning…

Once you make working out and eating healthy a habit, it’s pretty simple.

Our environment determines our results.

That is why being part of a community of like minded people is crucial.

Not saying you can’t get in shape on your own because you definitely can.

However it’s going to be much harder and boring compared to doing it with other people who support and motivate you.
