The most important message of the week…

Remember that perfection is the enemy of progress.

A 15 min walk is better than no walk.

A 30 minute workout is better than no workout.

Eating 1 dessert is better than 2 desserts.

You don’t have to be all or nothing to see results.

It’s all about balance.

Fitness is something you will do for the rest of your life.

Don’t be too hard on yourself.

Get 1% better every day.
