Today I’m celebrating my 1000 workout.
3 1/2 years ago I did my first workout OTB.
After that workout, I knew this was the gym for me.
My biggest change from 100-1000 workouts was seeing and feeling a happy and healthier Me!
The biggest struggle to complete 1000 workouts was when Covid shut down the gym not once but twice. Thanks to those awesome at-home virtual workouts I survived.
