I have bad news…

It’s not your genetics, age or metabolism.

It’s your bad habits.

I can transform any person from overweight to fit.

Doesn’t matter the age or gender.

Bad habits = bad results.

Good habits = good results.

The hard part is creating these habits and sticking to them long term.

Are you truly committed?

Being interested and committed are completely different things.

Everybody wants to lose fat, be healthier, look and feel better.

Only a small % of people actually achieve it.

The difference?

They are committed.

Once you commit to achieving a goal, you stop believing your own excuses.

Instead of finding reasons why you can’t, you find reasons why you must.

This little mindset shift is all it takes.

When you commit, nothing can stop you.

Sacrifice -

Want to age fast? Take time off from the gym.

There is no better medicine than eating healthy and working out.

It’s the small daily decisions you make that determine your future.

Exercising for 30 minutes 3-5x a week could help you live an extra 10 years.

And even if you live the same number of years, the quality of your life will be 10x better.

It’s better to sacrifice a little daily than to not do anything and sacrifice a lot tomorrow.
