Prep for the Event

How to attack the day when you have a big event at night:

1. 30 min workout

2. High protein meal

3. Lots of water throughout the day

4. As many steps in the afternoon

5. Enjoy with friends/family

By doing this you will make progress while enjoying the holidays.

The most important thing is to actually have a good time.

Don’t stress too much about ruining your progress.

As long as you stay active and don’t over eat you’ll be fine.
