Staying on Track...

Here are 3 tips to stay in shape when you have a crazy schedule or travel:

1. Make protein your priority on every meal

2. Walk 7,000 steps daily

3. Work out for at least 20 minutes

These are very simple things anyone can do.

We all can walk a little and move our body for 20 minutes no matter how busy we are.

Even if you have a rough week, you will still make progress if you do this.
