This is why it’s so important to keep making progress.


The key is not to have an all or nothing mentality.


You can eat the foods you want.


Have a few drinks with your husband/wife.


And still make progress.


My #1 tip is to stay active.


The more active you are, the more you can eat while making progress.


Find something you enjoy doing.


It can be:


Walking.


Hiking.


Biking.


Tennis.


Dancing.


The more you look forward to it, the easier it will be to stay consistent.
