Creating Good Habits -

This week I want you to focus on nutrition.

You can’t outwork a bad diet.

Doing a 30min workout is easy.

The hard part is the rest of the day.

We teach you how to lose fat while eating your favorite foods.

But we can’t do the work for you.

You have to stay disciplined and stick to the plan most of the time.

Don’t be so hard on yourself if you screwed up once.

One bad food choice won’t ruin your progress.

However, multiple bad food choices wil.

So if you screwed up, stop and immediately get back on track on your next meal.

If you screwed up a full day, get back on track the next day.

Never screw up 2 days in a row because then a bad habit starts building.

Stay focused, remember why you’re doing this and put in the work.

When you screw up, forgive yourself and keep going.

One bad meal or one missed workout won’t ruin your results.

Take a step back and see the big picture.

Will ordering pizza tonight ruin your one year progress?

Not a chance!

Enjoy your pizza or whatever you want to eat and get back on track immediately.

Progress over perfection.

These are two super simple environment hacks that will help you lose weight guaranteed:

1. Get rid of all the unhealthy stuff in your house. Whenever you want to eat something unhealthy, go out and buy it.

2. Have a ton of fruit in a place you can see it. When you are hungry or have cravings you will most likely eat it instead of junk food.

Dieting is all about making convenient making healthy choice and inconvenient unhealthy ones.

Implement these hacks immediately and let me know how it goes.
