Losing weight is very simple, people overcomplicate it.

You don’t need to do:

- Keto

- Intermittent fasting

- Low carb

- Work out for hours

The only thing you need to do is be in a calorie deficit.

This means eating fewer calories than you burn.

Example:

Burn -> 2000

Eat -> 1500

Deficit -> 500

That’s it!
