I can’t continue working out coach, [insert excuse here].

Guys…

At the end of the day you can either have excuses or results.

Believe me, you aren’t the only one who has:

- Problems at work

- Family issues

- A busy life

We all do.

The fit mom has.

The fit lawyer has.

The fit doctor has.

The only difference is that they decided not to allow those obstacles to get in the way of their goals.

That’s it.

All that is separating you from the body you want is a decision.

The decision that no matter what happens, you will keep moving forward.

It’s not about working out for hours.

It’s not about doing a diet where you starve all day.

It’s about working out at least 3x a week.

It’s about eating half the pizza instead of all it.

Small changes over time create big results.

So no matter what happens.

No matter how tough life gets.

Just keep going.

And never ever quit.

Nobody went to sleep yesterday thinking:

“I hope I gain more weight and become unhealthier tomorrow”

No!

This is just what happens when you fail to plan!

No plan = guaranteed failure

You simply can’t win without a plan.

Success doesn’t happen by accident.

Success happens when you follow a proven plan.

If you want to lose weight you need a plan.

One that is simple and easy to follow.

That doesn’t require a lot of time to work out.

That is flexible so you can eat the foods you love.

Once you have the right plan, you need to actually follow it!

This is where accountability comes in.

If you are not super disciplined, then you need someone to hold you accountable.

Or you won’t follow through.

When you combine the right plan with accountability…

Success is just a matter of time.

Do this on Today to stay in shape:


1. Make sure to get your 10k steps in

2. Eat low calorie, high protein foods during the day (so you can go out at night and eat what you want)

3. Work out for at least 30min

4. Drink 1 galon of water (2L before noon, 2L between noon and 6pm)

5. Don’t overeat just because it’s Friday


Long term results are about balance.


No need to work out for hours.


No need to cut carbs and starve yourself.


Simple stay active and if you will eat out at night, eat less during the day.


It’s really that simple.
