Hacks for the Week...

Try this “hack” this week…

Do your best at everything you do this week.

Push your workouts to the limit.

Be fully present with your family.

Do more than required at work.

Doing things gets results.

Doing things with everything you’ve got gets you to the next level.

Let’s crush this week Fit Fam!

The reason you aren’t working out is not because you are lazy.

I think all of us are lazy doing things we don’t enjoy.

If you had a blast and felt amazing working out, you would do it every day.

So if you’re not doing it right now…

It’s probably because you haven’t found a workout you enjoy.

The good news is that’s about to change.

At our gym members stick with us for years and hit 1000 workouts not because they are extremely disciplined.

It’s because they enjoy it so much they genuinely want to come back.

You don’t need to be extremely disciplined to get in shape.

All you need is to enjoy it.

Jocelyn discovered this when she started working out at Fit Club.

Although she admits she is stubborn, her mindset changed when the coaches and friends she made at the gym never gave up on her.🙌
