Don’t aim for perfection.

Nobody can follow a plan perfectly.

This applies to your workouts and diet.

You don’t have to work out every day.

You don’t have to eat healthy every meal.

Just make sure you do it most of the time and you will crush it.

- walk 10,000 steps daily

- eat within the food budget we give
