Life hack: Focus on what’s hardest for you to get done first thing in the morning.

Are you skipping workouts?

Do them first thing in the morning.

Are you having trouble eating healthy?

Meal prep your food first thing in the morning.

Are you having trouble completing your 10,000 steps?

Do most of them first thing in the morning.

Water?

Drink up as soon as you wake up.

Obstacles will always come and go in and out of your life.

The only time you'll live "stress free" is when you're dead.

So the only thing you can do right now is embrace stress and make the most of it.

These past 2 years we should have all learned a few lessons.

For me here's a few of them.

1. Face your worst fear. They shut my gyms down.

2. Be good to people, but understand you can't keep everyone happy.

3. Slow the F down. You don't need it right now.

There's a few more, but you get the point.

It's days like this where your patience, motivation and inspiration will be tested.

When you're faced with an obstacle, what will you decide?



 
 
 

The moment you want to give up is the moment you are closest to a breakthrough!

The universe is testing you if you truly want to achieve your goal.

This is the moment that separates those who win from those who lose.

It’s ok to cry.

It’s ok to want to give up.

It’s ok to feel like crap.

But never, ever give up.

Just keep going a little long and you will see the magic start happening.

You will start seeing your body change.

People will start noticing you look different.

You will feel more confident.

I know it’s hard to keep going when you don’t see results.

But it’s the only way to actually get results.

Never give up no matter how hard it gets.
