2 steps to prevent gaining weight this weekend:


Step 1: stay active


You can do ANYTHING you want that keeps you moving.


- Working out

- Running

- Walking

- Hiking

- Swimming

- Walking your dog

- Basketball

- Tennis


Step 2: eat one “cheat meal” per day


Treat yourself and enjoy it.


Then simply get back on track.

I don’t know who needs to hear this but…


Keep going.


One day at a time.


No matter how bad things seem…


They will get better.


For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.


It’s science.


If you do successful actions, you will eventually become successful.


Results come delayed.


So if you are doing the right things daily, it’s just a matter of time before they pay off.


Trust the process, keep going and I promise it will be worth it.

The key is not to have an all or nothing mentality.


You can eat the foods you want.


Have a few drinks with your husband/wife.


And still make progress.


My #1 tip is to stay active.


The more active you are, the more you can eat while making progress.


Find something you enjoy doing.


It can be:


Walking.


Hiking.


Biking.


Tennis.


Dancing.


The more you look forward to it, the easier it will be to stay consistent.
