I saw a promotion on social media I believe. I joined because I needed to make that change.


Before joining for club I was pregnant so just walking.


I was skeptical about price and that 30 min was actually enough to start the process of weight loss and change my life


My first day was a bit rough I brought my 2 littles and the 2 yr old wouldn’t let me leave him. So I left without a workout. I later returned and joined an evening class. The next day I returned for that 945 class and it was so welcoming and amazing the support I had from all the other mbrs. I’ve never felt so much love and support so quickly from anyone let alone a whole team!


I have lost 10 lbs already! I feel like my muscle is coming back and inches are dropping.


My life now is full of more energy and happiness knowing I’m bettering my life for me. What I like most about fit club, there isn’t anything I don’t like. The family I have gained make me feel so special and amazing each and everyday, the trainers they push you when you just feel like you can’t do one more they know you can and give you that encouragement.


I would tell someone that is thinking of trying to definitely do it. It has been one of the best things I’ve done!!



 
 
 

Sign a contract with yourself to do 2 simple non negotiable tasks for the next 60 days.

The first and most important one, work out at least 4 times per week.

The second and just as important, stick to a diet you actually enjoy.

No matter how much show there is.

No matter what obstacles come your way.
